A staff member will contact you.

During the pandemic, being in quarantine or isolation can cause people to experience many different thoughts or emotions. Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) will offer a virtual support space for students in quarantine or isolation every Thursday at 12 noon.  You can just ‘drop-in,’ no registration is needed. Visit and open  “Virtual Mental Health Workshop Link”  to access the support spaces.
