The Immunization Office is currently experiencing a high volume of calls and submissions. Immunization records are processed by staff in the order received. Current processing time is about 30 business days from your submission date.
You will receive a secure message in the Patient Portal once your records have been processed. Please do not call if your only inquiry is whether your records have been processed to allow other questions to be answered.
