Intermittent Patient Portal Log-In Issues
Student Health Services and Information Technology Services (ITS) have received reports of users experiencing issues when logging in to the Patient Portal. This issue has been escalated to the vendor, who is investigating the root cause.
Presently, a workaround to access the Patient Portal is to clear your browser cache and history and restart your browser.
