To help students become compliant with immunization requirements, Student Health Services will be holding a drop-in immunization clinic on Friday, August 23rd between 1- 4 p.m., at Student Health Services – SUB 1 Room 2300. Enrolled students will be seen on a first come, first serve basis, and the doors will close at 4pm or earlier based on volume.

To keep our campus healthy, and in accordance with university policy, enrolled students are required to comply with the immunization requirements by the first day of class for the semester, August 26, 2019.  All newly admitted students and re-admitted students must complete the Immunization Record Form and submit the form to the Immunization Office. A late fee will be charged and a hold will be placed on the student’s Patriot Web account if records or documentation are late or incomplete after the deadline.  Get full details on our Immunizations webpage.

During the drop-in clinic, Student Health staff will assist you in reviewing your shot records, administering vaccines that are missing, ordering lab titers, if appropriate, and completing your immunization form. This drop-in immunization clinic is for required immunizations only. If you would like to schedule a routine immunization that is not required, call 703-993-2135.

To help make the process efficient for everyone, please come prepared with:

  • Your immunization records
  • Mason ID
  • Health insurance ID card*
  •  Method of payment*
  • Print out the Immunization Record Form, and complete page 1, write your name and G# on the top of each page of the form.

*For vaccine, transcription and lab pricing information visit Student Health Services only directly bills the UnitedHealthcare Student health insurance policy. If you do not have the student health insurance, it may be more cost effective for you to go to a local pharmacy or walk-in clinic to obtain immunizations.
