Immunization Records Due October 1st

Immunization records for incoming summer/fall students are due by October 1. We recommend turning your forms in early to ensure they are complete. Records that are turned in late or that are incomplete after the deadline will be assessed a late fee and a hold will be placed on the student account.

Insurance Marketplace Enrollment

Open enrollment in the health insurance marketplace as part of the Affordable Care Act begins November 1, 2017 and ends December 15, 2017.

Immunization records are due March 1st for all newly admitted or re-admitted students for spring semester. Mail, email, fax, or drop off your records to the Immunization Office. We recommend turning your forms in early to ensure they are complete.
