Student Health Services offers routine annual women’s health examinations.

The Women's Health Clinic fee includes:

  • Individual, private consultation with healthcare provider
  • Annual gynecological health exam: breast & pelvic examination
  • Pap test
  • Gonorrhea/Chlamydia screen
  • HIV/Syphilis test
  • HPV/ DNA for an additional fee

Other services offered include:

  • screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections
  • contraception counseling including abstinence support education
  • emergency contraception
  • pregnancy testing and counseling
  • evaluation and treatment of menstrual irregularities
  • other problems and concerns related to women’s health

 

The Women's Health Education Program is recommended if you are:

  • Having your first gynecological exam
  • Interested in prescription birth control for the first time
  • Looking for women’s health information
  • Screening for STI (Sexually Transmitted Infections)
  • Evaluation and treatment of gynecological issues

 

We also offer:

  • Immunization:
    • Hep A . . . . 2 doses for a fee
    • Hep B . . . . 3 doses for a fee
    • Gardasil . . . 3 doses for a fee
  • Contraceptives dispensed from our Pharmacy include:
    • Velivet
    • Apri
  • Prescriptions written for:
    • Ortho Evra Patch
    • NuvaRing
    • Seasonale
    • Barrier Methods
    • Oral Contraceptives
    • Depo-Provera

Failure to keep a Women's Health appointment, or give a 24-hour cancellation notice, will result in a $10 missed-appointment fee.
