Your medical records are strictly confidential.

You will be asked to show proper identification and sign a release form when you request a copy of your medical records.

A nominal fee will be charged.

Medical records are kept for 6 years.

Requests for medical records from:

Current student: about a 48-hour processing time and a fee.

Graduated students: about 5 business days processing time and a fee.

All Immunization Records: No fee and available immediately.
