Eligibility

Student Health Services

All currently enrolled students are eligible to receive healthcare at our facilities.

Upon graduation, students may be seen in Student Health Services until the end of the month in which they graduate.

Student Health Insurance

International Students: All F-1 and J-1 visa students will be automatically enrolled into the Mason Student Health Insurance Plan, because they are required by Federal law and University Policy #6002 to have health insurance.

Dependents of International Students: may only enroll in the Mason Student Health Insurance Plan if the student is also enrolled in the Mason Student Health Insurance Plan.

Domestic Students: Undergraduate and graduate students are eligible to enroll if they are currently taking at least 6 credit hours at Mason. Students that are taking less than 6 credit hours, but are completing course work to graduate and obtain their degree for the current academic year, are also eligible to enroll.
